We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking
- Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote locations.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your items.

Non-Returnable Items

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Return shipping address (90 Hi-Park Centre, High St, Belfast, GB CH8J 2VC)
- Special instructions if needed
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please ensure:
- All items are in original condition with packaging
- Include all accessories and documentation
- Securely package to prevent damage
- Include the return authorization number inside the package

Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow the same process as returns. In your email, clearly specify:
- The item you wish to exchange
- The replacement product you’d like (check availability on our website first)
We’ll process the exchange once we receive your returned item. If there’s a price difference, we’ll contact you to arrange payment or refund.
